Birthday party madness: How do you limit the invite list?

- Because birthday parties can be quite expensive when the guest list is large, we've gotten in the habit of teaming up with the parents of another child in my daughter's class whose birthday falls in the same month and co-hosting a party so that we can invite all the children in the class.
